As a the first born child growing up in Venezuela, Monica was pressured to take over the family business, and she came here to learn english and study business. She wanted to be a doctor as child, but early on she understood that most illnesses come from the mind and the way we treat our bodies with food and biomechanics and she wanted to learn more about natural and complimentary ways of healing. Working at Hippocrates Health Institute and studying the alkaline diet of Dr. Robert Young, she learned a lot about nutrition and was able to see first hand how many sick people improved their health. She has become well versed on natural ways to heal.
